Medical Office Administration (MOA) is a program for people who desire to work in the health field as medical office assistants. Medical office assistants assist doctors and other health-care professionals by completing clerical and administrative work such as appointment scheduling, word processing, bookkeeping, and other accounting, photocopying, filing, and answering phone calls and letters.
The Hospitality and Tourism Management Program offered by MNM Maple College comprises a total of 13 modules. The program includes 660 hours of theoretical instruction conducted onsite, and students must fulfill a 300-hours practicum at a real hospitality facility. As a result, the entire program has a combined duration of 960 hours.
